There is no VAT to pay on any domain sales as our domain holding company is not VAT registered.

If you would like to pay by instalments then it’s just a case of taking the price you see and choosing to pay in equal instalments over 3 or 6 months. We retain ownership of the domain until the final payment is made and then we transfer ownership to you. You get to use the domain from the first day so don’t have to wait until the final payment is made. We do not charge interest however the purchase price is not open to offers if paying by instalments.

It depends on the purchase price of the domain, for domains priced at up to £1,200 you can purchase via credit/debit card. For domains over this amount, we accept bank transfer or TransferWise payment. If paying via instalments we’ll set up a recurring payment mandate. If payment is made in full then we transfer the domain ownership via Nominet account to your details, Nominet will contact you to confirm the transfer and ask which domain registrar Tag you wish to use (i.e GoDaddy, 123-REG, Fashosts) and you can transfer in the domain to your chosen registrar, so it can be renewed there when due. If paying by instalments then upon receipt of the first payment, we redirect the domain to your chosen hosting service and you can use it, once final payment is made the same steps as above will happen.

If you elect to pay by instalments but cannot make all payments to complete the purchase, we will retain ownership of the domain and will refund all but one payment to cover our costs. So for example; if the domain costs £2,000 and was to be paid over six months and you made four payments of £333.33 then we would refund three payments back to you, keep the domain, and one payment to cover our costs.

No, we sell domains, we don’t renew them or act as a domain registrar for others, once you have paid for a domain in full, we initiate the transfer of ownership via Nominet, we can change the registrar tag for you or you can do it via your Nominet account.

Yes, we buy from several sources including directly from owners, so if you have a domain to sell then drop us a line, but bear in mind we cannot pay a final buyer price, we have to make money too so be realistic when pricing your domain, we can hold domains for years until the someone needs the one we have, so have to have a fair profit margin to be able to make money.

Yes, we welcome reasonable offers (think of it more of a discount off the asking price, not to offer a fraction of the asking price – reasonable offers are responded to within 48 hours, silly offers are ignored) however even an accepted offer is subject to cancellation if another buyer offers the asking price at any point prior to the domain transfer taking place even if funds have been received from you under an offer situation (we’ll refund any money paid in full to you though, no costs/fees deducted, but do reserve the right to cancel the sale right up that point) so the best way to secure a domain is to buy it for the asking price as we won’t sell the domain to anyone else, even if we receive a higher offer. So to clarify: Paying the asking price secures the domain 100%, however, an offer for less than the asking price is only honoured unless the asking price is met by another buyer during the sale process which is usually under 48 hours duration, so it’s a small risk that you could still lose the domain to someone offering the asking price, but one to be aware of.
